So I don't really know what to put here, to be perfectly honest. 

I'm sorry, I haven't been posting regularly but I promise I am trying. I have a deadline for a piece of writing that is really important at the moment, but I'll hopefully be able to post it when it's finished :)

I want to let anyone who feels the need to try and find me or send unencouraging (is that a word?) messages to me that I am a highly trained martial artist and have lots of other highly trained martial artist friends and none of us have a problem with mashing you to a pulp :) 

Don't take that the wrong way, by the way, I promise I'm actually quite nice!
