I write romance. My work can go from being slightly femdom to total kinky Femdom central. If you can't handle subversive ideology, I suggest that you look elsewhere for you romance kicks. 
 
Also, I'm brown. I hope to write high fantasy someday with confidence. And I hope that brown skinned people can somehow make it into that world without having to be orcs, drows, or evil trolls. It's fantasy right? Why not a Nubian empire that spreads north? If you look at European history, Spain in particular, you'll see it only begins four hundred years after they liberated themselves from Arabia.
