Always remember that you are beautiful inside out and that I care about you . You are loved,  and I want to go ahead and point that out.

That person you called fat? She's over dosing diet pills. That man you made fun of for his scars?  He saved your life and many others while fighting for your country. The little boy you laughed at for crying?  His mother is dying. The siblings you hit?  They are abused enough at home.
