Okay, rant time!

Writing has felt like a chore lately! I really think it’s because all I do every single day is write in my binder, write on the computers at school, write down math questions etc. I have no real time to just laze around and watch Netflix or YouTube and when I do, I feel guilty for not doing my homework!

My family and I have a show that we’re watching together, right? I feel extremely bad all the time because whenever they ask me if I want to watch it, I have to tell them that I can’t because I have a lot of homework. I’m in these advanced courses, which I chose to go into all by myself, so I brought this down upon myself.

Guys, I don’t know what to do! People keep telling me, “It’ll be fine” and “You’ll be alright” but I have such a hard time believing it as of late!

Sorry about that. Rant is over now XD

Thank you so much for this. I really needed the truth of the situation to be realized by someone who has never met me. I’ll definitely talk to my mum about it and see what she says

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, perhaps you’ve got too much on your plate? It’s all well and good doing all those advanced classes, but if you’re not giving yourself some time to relax and be stress free, you’re just going to run yourself into the ground and get sick.
The ‘it’ll be fine’ and the ‘youll be alright’ are swell, but it isn’t actually doing anything proactive. What you’re going through is putting pressure on your mental and physical state. It’s okay to step back and see what’s truly making you feel this way and handle it from there. Maybe talk to your parents or a teacher you trust about it?
