Hi readers of The Unexpected Rhapsody!
          
          It brings me immense joy to realize how similar NewJeans is to WEnUS. Both have five members. Even some names sound similar (Hana and Hanni, Haein and Hyein). A majority of the members were selected through the 2019 Global Auditions. We also have a Vietnamese member, which is a first in HYBE's history!! Also, about Haein (our maknae), the character was heavily influenced by NewJeans Hyein whose content I had consumed a lot on YouTube while I was writing the book. I didn't imagine that they'd let Hyein debut at such a young age, which is why I decided to call our maknae as 'Haein'. Further, both of these groups are monster rookies and both have managed to rock the industry! ♡
          
          Did you also think of the book when NewJeans debuted? Which NewJeans members resemble which WEnUS members, in your opinion? I'd love to know your thoughts!
