I write lots of short fiction -- check out my blog for free stories and excerpts -- usually dark stories. I also have one sci-fi short on Amazon, Chems, about a chemically altered soldier.

I also have a women's novel, All For Love, published by 5 Prince Publishing. It is a story about what happens when two people collide like comets and spend the rest of their lives dealing with the fallout.

I've also written a series of ghost stories about a girl named Stevie and her best friend, Jase. Spirits are attracted to them as if they are magnets. Stevie-girl and the Phantom Pilot is the first book in that trilogy, then there is Stevie-girl and the Phantom Student which is very eerie and poignant, and the third book is Stevie-girl and the Phantom of Crybaby Bridge which actually scared me a couple of times while I was writing it. The fourth book is Stevie-girl and the Phantom of Forever. I love this story!

My suspense series is set in the small town of Stutter Creek, NM. There are two books so far, Stutter Creek and Lilac Lane. Both are very suspenseful with just a dash of romance. The third book is Copper Lake, and the newest book is The Remains in the Pond (5 Prince Publishing). You can see them all at http://www.annswann.blogspot.com to see the beautiful cover! (It wouldn't load here for some reason.)

One reviewer said about Stutter Creek:
This story grabs you around the neck with a tight grip and doesn't let go!

Another reviewer told me she started Lilac Lane and kept saying one more chapter, just one more chapter. She finished the book at 3:30 the next morning.

I also have a speculative horror novel which I've just finished. I'm so excited. I really love these characters! It's called TAKERS: Apocalypse in Eden.

As for my own reading pleasure, I think eclectic is a nice way to say I like a little bit of everything! Currently reading This Tender Land and The Parkway Inn.
