Anonymous Mockingjay

So I had an idea for an original story instead of just fanfictions, but I wanted to know what you thought of my current plot and if you personally would read it.
          
          So the thought is that it is set in kind of a dystopian future where humans now live on floating cities because they have covered the world in garbage. There is sort of (for lack of a better explanation) superhumans. These people have rare hair colorations due to certain chemicals or elements found in their body or something like that, and they are basically geniuses. Most of these people were eradicated in a war, but some people still get this gene. Those people are taken and locked away in some mysterious place, and no one knows what happens to them.
          
          The main character has this are genetic, but somehow managed to escape. She doesn’t know how, but she grew up alone in the wastelands (the surface of the earth that is covered in garbage) and her goal is to assassinate the ruler of the human race because she believes that he is the only corrupt person.
          
          I didn’t explain that very well at all. Thoughts?

          Anyway why is the Wattpad website literally so much more user-friendly and have more features than the app? Like that’s stupid in my mind. 
          
          2. I just realized how many reads and votes I have on some of my works like it isn’t that much but yay people enjoy my writing?

UPDATE SCHEDULE (It's a bit complicated, and though I will try to follow this as best as I can I might be busy and unable to on some days, sorry)
          
          THE 4TH QUARTER QUELL - Updates every other Monday, starting May 6th
          THE JABBERJAY STORY COMPETITION - Updates every Thursday (Which is when the tasks are supposed to be due)
          CRUSHED : A HUNGER GAMES STORY - Updates every other weekend, starting May 11-12
          THE HUNGER GAMES : PRIMROSE EVERDEEN - Updates every other Monday, starting May 13
          PEONY : THE LUNAR CHRONICLES - Updates every other weekend, starting May 18-19
          THE CAPITOL'S TRIBUTE - Subject to be updated whenever I have free time, hopefully once a week at least (First known update is May 7)
          THE SONGBIRD'S LEGACY - Updates every weekend, starting May 11-12
          
          In June and July, I will have to edit my updating schedule due to summer. You may get extra updates, you may not. I will try my best to have consistent updates for once!

Two things...
          
          1. Wattpad got rid of private messaging (I find this annoying) so I can no longer send thank you messages to people who follow me or like my stories. Just now you are still greatly appreciated. It is one of the best feelings in the world to see that someone liked your story.
          2. So I have really been slacking with updates and all... So I will try to create an updating schedule and inform you when I have it.

Okay… Hopefully this time my schedule will actually clear up so I can start posting more, I’m really sorry I haven’t been able to continue adding to my stories. My goal in the future is at least two chapters per week!
