« Nathaniel wraps an arm around my waist, and we lean toward the ice, flashing bright smiles at the camera. The woman takes multiple pictures of us, switching poses and different positions between the falls. We end up giggling by the end of it.
"Kiss! One picture kissing!" The woman waves at us, holding the camera steady.
"Oh, no. We're not—" Nathaniel begins, stepping forward and off the trail, but I grab his wrist and pull him toward me.
"It's fine, Nathaniel." I urge him to look at me. His eyebrows pull together, and he glances down at me with uncertainty. "Kiss me. It's okay." »
