@AppaTheAvatar With your previous question for story ideas you could do a Airbender story but really get into the Culture of the Air Nomads, another one is having a reader being the kid or grandchild of one of the Original Team Avatar Members.

In your freedom book, chap 41 got put between chap 33 & 34 so idk if that’s a wattpad glitch or you did that on purpose.

I’m curious how you write your stories, since I have two ideas for both last airbender and korra
For the last air bender I was thinking of a one arm fire bender who is Zuko cousin and iroh second son who travels with them, I want him to try and be a morale compass like his uncle but also having him eventually leave in order to help the gaang, for korra a vigilante blood bender that targets the Agni tai, the thing is he is a homeless teen who is doing street shows with his water bending, telling stories of known characters using dye color to differentiate them, thing is he has a condition where he has excessive blood and because of this he is able to bend his own blood as a weapon think of deadman wonderland type of stuff
@Fixed20 well i take a while to plan them first, looking at the backstory for the character, what their relationships will be like with specific characters, what impact they'll have on the story, etc. but sometimes I deviate from my original ideas as I write and kind of just go with the flow ig what ideas do you have?
hey guys so as you know I already have one avatar book published, but I also have like 10 other stories in my drafts that I'm working on at the same time (not an exaggeration btw) but they're all feeling kind of dry. I need some new material to get the creative juices flowing, so I'm opening up the board for any suggestions. if you have any ideas for an avatar book (tla or lok) then you can lmk under this post or message me privately. Or even if you have any specific scenes in mind, like plot points you wish had gone differently, or anything you want to see explored in more detail, then tell me please I just want to write something i don't completely hate for a change (also I'm not a fan of crossovers so yeah)
@AppaTheAvatar Since I'm probably not going to write anything good, guess I might share my idea. The story takes place during the LOK and is about (Y/N) who is the father of Lin and Suyin (Gets rid of the problem of who are their fathers) and is basically (Y/N) trying to rebuild his family. The story would probably start at around season 3 of LOK. In between there would be flashbacks of how (Y/N) and Toph meet and how their relationship fell apart. Thats all I can think of right now, you are free to use this idea as inspiration, all I ask for is a small credit.
@AppaTheAvatar Well, I'm not good at this, but I've read a lot of stories from both TLA and LOK and I've never read one where the reader is Lin Beifong's son or protégé and I think that would be an interesting story. (I don't remember much about the LOK times for my suggestion to make any sense and I apologize for that. I personally really like your story and how you made your reader and felt it would be interesting to see how you would develop it. ...and I ask apologies for possible spelling errors, please use a translator)
@AppaTheAvatar but the invasion plan still fails, but in a different way. The fire nation aren't well prepared but also not caught off guard, because they are away of the comet. So aang confronts ozai. But isn't able to do much. He confronts ozai while he's talking with zuko(who's about to go rogue) but he lets zuko talk with ozai while aang puts ozai in chains....but right when the eclipse ends ozai breaks through the chains and shoots lightning at aang. But zuko is able to get in front of him and redirect the lightning. And zuko convinces aang that they need to leave and that ozai is to powerful for him to take on right then and there
Mr appa what's your opinion the new avatar show?
@idk546436754 and aang was way too serious; his whole development was learning to embrace responsibility rather than run away from it, but the new show had him accepting his responsibility from the start. And I didn't really like how he could contact the other Avatars so easily from the beginning and it kinda took away from his own feats in the show. Idk he just felt way too mature, and even Zuko was more logical and less angry than I think he should have been at that point.
@idk546436754 I think it's alright tbh. Nowhere near as good as the original show obviously, but it's defintely better than the movie that shall not be named. I liked some of the new changes and details, however I think they messed up the characterisation of some of the characters, such as Katara, Bumi and even Yue. But for the most part I enjoyed it, especially the extra details on people's backstories, like Sokka and Zuko comforting Iroh at Lu Ten's funeral.

@JuanTr0n I'll think about it but idk how that would work tbh. I'd have to think about a potential storyline and figure out how to make mizu not emotionally constipated loll. but I was thinking of writing an atla story inspired by blue eye samurai
Do you have a reading list you could show us.... sometimes when I run out of good stuff to read I look at the reading list of authors I like to find something new.....so could you consider putting some stories you like on your reading list?
