Holy shit I'm liek looking back at my past posts and the whole 180 I did on my life! Liek compared to this time last year I'm so so sooo much better! I'm no longer having panick attacks (i mean here and there I get that feeling but I have a small routine with a simple mindset that helps me calm down), I'm clean for almost half a year this Friday (ik cuz last time it happened I made sure to mark it down to hopefully be my last), and overall I'm just in a happier mood and always giddy nowadays. The only things I struggle with now are my grades cuz I'm stupid, my facial features, my urge to not be single anymore but most importantly I got trichotillomania which is a hair picking disorder that I've now had for over 2 years and it's gotten pretty bad to where I can't put my hair up in cute hair styles or use a headband cuz I lost a lot of hair. But I'm working on it!! Anyways that's all I got rn (I'm also a lil buzzed....but shhh) BYEEE
