I personally think one who cannot share his/her problems with his/her family then he should talk to some stranger and get an opinion about the problem they are facing. I strongly think by doing so one will have a better picture of the situation and you can express your thoughts more freely which you cannot with your closed once. I don't mean u can blindly follow some random strangers advice, i just mean u can take his opinion into consideration by expressing yourself freely...
