Do you sometimes use music as inspiration for writing poetry? I know it helps me a lot. I also like to use paintings, Greek mythology, and classic literature. I am just curious as to what inspires other writers. By the way, thanks for the follow!

I feel the same way about not being direct about what I feel. I hide behind other well-known stories and metaphors. Hozier is a pretty poetic musician that I love.

And I’ll never write exactly how I feel or what kind of situation I’m in. I like to remain a puzzle. Maybe it could mean one thing…. But maybe it could mean another. That way I feel comfortable enough to publish because in a way I’m still in hiding and not easily solved.
