Get your beauty sleep because sleep helps your body grow into the beautiful sexy human you are. Oh and get a snack/meal because that also helps your body grow and helps you have energy. Oh my gosh? You know what? Water also helps you grow and stay healthy! *Mind blown* Go drink some water because I don't want you to get dehydrated! Always remember that you are a sexy beast no matter what anyone says! Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are a sexy beast no matter how you look or how you feel or what anyone says! Take a time out and get some self-care time because you deserve it.
