OH MY GODS!!! I FINALLY HAVE INTERNET AGAIN!!! I live in the Midwest and got hit by the derecho storm. It took a week for the power to come back and then another day or so for the internet services. I've been stuck sorting through my 'recently read' stories and trying to find anything that's not too depressing, all while trying to ration my battery life until we got power back (and the estimates kept changing, from 2 weeks to 2 days to tomorrow at 10 p.m. to finally getting it back two days after that). I finally realized I could charge my kindle with my laptop (since I couldn't do anything on that without internet), but that was only a day or two before we got power back. I've also been rereading the Percy Jackson series, but still- I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW ABSOLUTELY ECSTATIC I WAS WHEN WE GOT POWER BACK!!! AIR CONDITIONING!!! (even though it was still super muggy until the dehumidifier got a chance to kick in) TV!!! (only satellite and dvds) LIGHT!!! (my room's in the basement so that was a big one) Not to mention we could finally do the laundry, so... CLEAN BRAS!!! We had to move all the fallen trees and branches out to the curb so that the city could eventually pick them up, and I had to help. I just had to get used to being covered in sweat, but my bras were fricking sponges. Not to mention I have eczema, and sweat makes it worse, so I scratched my neck and arms raw. Also, think about how much food you have in your fridge and freezer. We had to empty those out, both the upstairs and downstairs fridge (downstairs is extra storage), and throw almost everything out. I had to eat dry cereal for days since we didn't have milk. WARNING: DO NOT TRY TO EAT CEREAL WITH WATER INSTEAD OF MILK!!! *shudders* I guess the moral of the story is: DO NOT TAKE ELECTRICITY FOR GRANTED... EVER!!! Thank you for coming to my Ted talk!

@closethegodsdamdoor Me personally, I'd rather have no plot and them just messing around and being idiots! XD I'll enjoy it either way, but I do currently like the more shitpost/crackhead vibes! Depends what I'm in the mood for tho.

@Bizawagi I have a question...
            Would you rather be sort of a plot and vey sad or happy and no plot at all for the next chapter

Also, I went to bed around 6 am on Tuesday (since I like to be completely nocturnal during the summer), and I woke up at 2 am on Wednesday. By 8 am I felt like I needed a nap. It is now 11:20 and I feel like I'm going to faint, and I don't know if it's my blood sugar, iron deficiency, or just the fact that I slept TWENTY TWENTY HOURS GAY (cuz I can't do anything straight), but I am trying to stay awake through the day and not hyperventilate (when I'm tired like this my anxiety kicks into overdrive and it feels like when I get sensory overload, except not as bad and for longer). So yeah, please send help in the form of water, cuddles, and no talking! Thank you!

I got my kindle back a day or so ago (after my dad took it and the tv away for "disrespecting him"), and didn't check my notifications until today because there were 99+ notifications after 2 or 3 days and I was scared. I should have known... I didn't have anything to fear because THEY WERE ALL FROM THE SAME COMMENT CHAIN. -_- Luckily, every post on it starts with a hashtag because it started with us saying #MakeFestusAGod (to which I've been holding true by saying "Festus" in place of "Jesus" when I exclaim), so I can just go through my Wattpad notifications while ignoring all the ones starting with a hashtag! Lol!

@Bizawagi lmao that chain is in over 180 replies now

Beautiful person award!

          One you get this award you should paste it to a conversation of 8 people who deserve it. Nothing happens to you if you break this chain but it's nice to let someone know they're beautiful inside and out...

          Whenever you are down remember that I'm always here, I will always look up to you, and I always want you to be happy and keep smiling.

          I just want to let you know that things can get difficult at times and life will be showing it's cruelty to you, but it's OK to cry, it's OK to swear and shout; never bottle it up.

          Whatever you do, just don't give up, as ugly as life can get, it's always worth living. ❤️❤️❤️

I'd like to note that the two chapters of distinguished discourse that I uploaded just now are two oooooold drafts that I added a bit to and cleaned up a bit, but just enough to call them finished and send them off under your critical eyes. Unsurprisingly, Awakeland is a late night post if I've ever made one! Tightrope is only half late night rambling, and that's the latter half (well, it's all kind of mixed in, so who knows what's old and what's new). the original concept was conceived while I was dancing around the kitchen waiting for my lunch from the microwave (why do I remember that when it happened months ago, yet I can't remember what an actor from a movie I watched that long ago looks like?!?). Anyway, I'm going to sleep now that ive finally done something on this app other than wasting five minutes posting dozens of Lenny faces in a single comment when it cuts them off after only five rows of emojis. THAT'S NOT ENOUGH LENNY FACES FOR THE SIXTY-NINTH CHAPTER!!!

          It is almost 2a.m., Good night, Stay awake.
