I’ve band myself from my phonee cuz way too much shits happened and I don’t trust myself 

My beautiful baby boy sadly got ran over last night he was such a cuddly little kitty we got from a rescue centre years ago. Currently I’m about to bury him next to his older brothers and then I need to look for a companion for my baby girl who is still with us. 
          I hope he’s in a better place now and I’m sorry for anyone I have panic messaged.

I just went shopping with my mum and I didn’t have a panic attack. FÙCK OFF AGORAPHOBIA

It’s my birthday and so far it’s been a disaster at 1am I threw up and almost had a panic attack and I still can’t stop shaking. My mum broke her foot and we have no food and I’m on my period and I only have a couple of pads left and no tampons so that’s great, then I had a shower and shaved and now I have shaving cuts all over me. And my uterus is trying to stab itself and I band myself from making a hot water bottle because I always end up covered in boiling water. And my iPad is worse than usual (it’s on charge 24/7 and it went down to 35%)

You know your the least favourite grandchild when your family forget your age and birthday 

My mum may have broken her foot so now she’s going to A&E and now I have to babysit the dogs she’s looking after (she’s never been injured as long as I’ve been alive) and I need to feed the cats at my flat but that’s a 40minute walk in the dark and I haven’t been out much since September cuz a lot of shit happened and I’ve only just got to the point of going outside without having a panic attack and this is the one night of not bringing my fags (I didn’t think I was gonna stay the night and rn one of the dogs is whining and they’re not allowed to be loud cuz the neighbours will complain. So yeah I’m kinda like half panicking half laughing cuz todays been a complete disaster and I haven’t had my meds in 4 days cuz I ran out
