[1–5] Vālmīki, the ascetic, questioned the eloquent Nārada, bull among
sages, always devoted to asceticism and study of the sacred texts. “Is there a
man in the world today who is truly virtuous? Who is there who is mighty
and yet knows both what is right and how to act upon it? Who always
speaks the truth and holds firmly to his vows? Who exemplifies proper
conduct and is benevolent to all creatures? Who is learned, capable, and a
pleasure to behold? Who is self-controlled, having subdued his anger? Who
is both judicious and free from envy? Who, when his fury is aroused in
battle, is feared even by the gods? This is what I want to hear, for my desire
to know is very strong. Great seer, you must know of such a man.”

[6–11] When Nārada, who was familiar with all the three worlds, heard
Vālmīki’s words, he was delighted. “Listen,” he replied and spoke these words: “The many virtues you have named are hard to find. Let me think a
moment, sage, before I speak. Hear now of a man who has them all. His name is Rāma and he was born in the House of Ikṣvāku....."

Hey captain!

I have been your fan for a long time,
          I absolutely adore your work,
If it isn't too much to ask, I would like to know your opinion on two of my books.

          1) Sahdharmini-Dwarkeshwari hiranmayi

          2) Samayatri:- A Tale of 3 time Travellers

And if I am not pushing my boundary too much,
I was hoping you could direct me to a good author who can continue a story that I find myself in capable of completing.

Hi Captain. How are you . I have a crazy thought . What would happen if Ram meets Krishna . And If you don't mind What was your first story in wattpad

Captain_Sham

@Harrykarn2007 If Shri Ram meets Shri Krishna, then it will be a scene full of reverence. And my first book was Suryavanshi, I unpublished it to focus on Harihareshwari 1, then later published it again.

Hi. My name is Matsya .. I know this is a bit weird and I'm sorry to put this out here on the message board, but I figured, it's easier to apologize.

I think you've heard this enough times, but your books are truly amazing. I've read all of them, earlier without an account, now with one. They've truly inspired me to look at each person in the Mahabharat with a different lens of vision all together, whether or not I agree with some of it.

Your books are what gave me the inspiration to begin writing alternate universes for the mahabharat.

Well, that and the lack of any book on the app that was about the elder sister of the pandav brothers.

But still, it has been a joy to read your books and I look forward to more...

          Radhe radhe ♥

(P.S I apologize if this being on the message board has disturbed you... I sincerely didn't mean for that.)

SHUBH HOLI EVERYONE !

It's day 15 and the last day of exploring what the other characters of Mahabharat have said or thought about Arjun and today we have Shri Krishna himself.

The friendship of Krishna and Arjun needs no introduction, and cannot be put into words. According to many Acharyas Arjun was the foremost devotee of Krishna with sakha bhaav. And here is how much Krishna adored him -

"You are mine and I am yours. All that is mine is yours too. He who hates you also hates me. He who follows you also follows me. O invincible one! You are Nara and I am Hari Narayana. We are the rishis Nara and Narayana, born from that world in this world. O Partha! O descendant of the Bharata lineage! You are no other than I. I am no other than you. O bull among the Bharata lineage! No one can know any difference that exists between us."

          — Krishna to Arjun
           KAIRAT PARVA, 310(13)

‘He is regarded as the supreme one among gods and humans. He is the wielder of Gandiva, the one with the white horses. The supreme of apes sits astride his standard. He is Jishnu. He defeated and satisfied Shankara, the one with the blue throat and Uma’s consort, the god who is the lord of the gods, himself in a duel. There is no other man on earth whom I love as much. There is nothing that I cannot give him, even my wives and sons.....'

          — Krishna to Ashwathama
          AISHIKA PARVA, 1295(12)

"....My wives, my friends, my relatives and my kin
are not dearer to me than Arjuna, Kunti’s son, is. O Daruka! Bereft of Arjuna, I will not be able to look at the world even for an instant. Therefore, it shall not be that way...."

          — Krishna to Daruk
          PRATIJNA PARVA, 1033(56)
