Rain fell like small meteors to the earth, as the clouds released their downfall of tears to nurture the earth below. However there was not much ground in this concrete jungle call Tokyo. Water rushed down the streets and into the drains, or gathered in puddles of low areas. The thunder was loud, and constant lighting flashes was blinding. But it hid the screams of wounded men and loud bangs of guns in the deep dark alleys of the city.

"Miss Prime! They have us cornered." A man yelled as he fired off a few shots at their enemy. "Thanks Clive, I couldn't totally see that." The woman replied picking off a few of the men before hiding behind a rather large garbage bin. She looked around, her adrenaline pumping as a away to escape seemed, non existent. At least until she spied the drainage system.

She scurried over and lifted the grate away, grunting as it was very heavy. "Quickly, in here." She hissed as the men quietly and quickly obeyed her, disappearing into the dark of the drainage system. She then quickly followed, telling them to split up and met back at headquarters.

The group did as told, and so did she. Running down different turns till she felt safe. She stopped and caught her breath for a moment before hearing footsteps. She took out her gun and swiveled. She couldn't tell were they were coming from due to the echo. But one voice, one singular word from this voice that came next, sent a chill up her spin and her face pale.

"Patricia ~" While it was smooth and silky, there was a underlying danger to it. One that she carred not to encounter again. The woman swallowed before turning and running as fast as she could, until a bang rang out and a scream followed a built having ripped through her stomach. She fell gasping as the pain over whemed her quickly and blood soaked her shirt. A man smirked and walked over to her.

"Oh, hello my love." He said stepping on her shoulder and leaning his weight onto-

She never fought him. She never screamed in terror or pain. Her unconscious body just gave it to him in away. Her brown orbs remained closed tightly, her long eye lashes resting peacefully against her cheeks still rose covered cheeks. Her chest stopped moving, her breathing in her soul body stopping.

It went along quite perfectly. Her soul perfectly weaving into the rest of the cosmos tapestries. That was for at least a moment anyway. As he readied himself to leave a thread came loose and glowed brightly. Then another. And another. And another. Until the whole new soul he'd just weaved in was back in her position slumped against the wall.

She stirred a bit before gasping and grasp her chest, a pained cry leaving it as her soul glowed a dark black. She was then thrown at him, her soul body materializing new flesh, though not like that of a humans flesh. Her hair was normal now and she used this to hide her now uncovered form. But this isn't what seemed to bother her the most.

"I- I'm a unnatural creation..... they won't take me." She whispered in shock.

Alastair watched with a detached satisfaction as Patricia's consciousness grappled with the cosmic truths unfolding before her. Her disbelief and confusion resonated through the metaphysical plane, but to the Supreme Being of Death, it was but a fleeting echo in the vastness of his dominion.

"You are no longer bound by the confines of mortal comprehension, Patricia Prime," Alastair asserted, his voice a calm undercurrent in the spectral realm. "The cosmic balance demands its due, and your soul, now mine, shall play its part."

The unconscious form of Patricia slumped against the wall, caught in the liminal space between existence and the void. Alastair approached her with an otherworldly grace, his piercing blue eyes studying her ethereal visage. The shadows he cast seemed to coil around her, a reminder of the inescapable grasp of death.

He extended a hand, fingers gliding through the metaphysical substance of her soul. The cosmic resonance pulsed, and in that moment, Alastair Ath'tethaun began the intricate process of weaving her essence into the fabric of the afterlife.

"The dance of mortality and immortality, Patricia," he murmured, the shadows deepening as he harnessed the cosmic energy. "You are now an integral thread in the grand tapestry of existence, forever bound to the ebb and flow of the cosmos."

As the cosmic transfer unfolded, Patricia's soul underwent a metamorphosis, its luminosity adapting to the cosmic forces at play. Alastair's gaze remained unwavering, a witness to the seamless integration of yet another soul into the cosmic design.

The rain, now an ethereal symphony, continued to fall in rhythm with the cosmic dance. The alley, once a battleground of mortal strife, transformed into a threshold where the mortal and immortal converged. Alastair's presence loomed, a sentinel at the crossroads of existence, his duty as the Supreme Being of Death fulfilled once more.

The woman looked at him, breath a bit frantic, eyes still wide as she took in what he said. "Belongs to you? Cosmic balance? What the hell are you talking about? Are you mental or something?" She asked, standing and feeling her way along the wall as she backed away from him and his overwhelming shadow, which made her feel so small. Her now soul body is going through her dead one on the ground.

She kept backing up till she spied her flesh body dead on the ground. Her focus changed from him to the cooling corpus. "T-that's m-me. But I'm right here." She looked down at herself and patted her body down. She felt real to her. But she knew that that was her original body laying dead on the ground.

She swallowed, trying to calm her rapid breathing caused by the fear and unsureness of the situation. She swayed slightly before slumping against the wall. She, having worked herself into a state, had passed out from fear, adrenaline, and shock.
