Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm a hobby writer and graphic designer from the southern California area. I love birds, birdwatching, drawing birds, writing about birds, hanging out with my bird, and telling people random facts about birds. 

Did you know that Harris's Hawks, a species that lives in the southwestern United States, hunt in packs and sometimes practice polyandry (the practice of females taking more than one mate)? Did you know that female birds of prey tend to be larger than males? And did you know that hummingbirds only have two chicks at a time since more wouldn't fit in their tiny nests?

Anyway, follow me for epic bird-related stories and a bird fact to accompany every chapter. My first novella, Taken By Turquoise, began weekly posts in April 2024. My first full-length novel, Obscured by Opals, is planned to begin weekly posts sometime in summer 2024. It's going to be a fun ride!
