The Chuck Taylors Writing Community

Hello, friends, and welcome to the official Wattpad profile for the Chuck Taylors writing community!

Founded in 2019 on the Wattpad forums, Chucks made the leap to Discord when the forums closed and has been thriving there ever since. We are a diverse group of writers, encompassing a vast array of genres, experience levels, book counts, profile sizes, intersectionalities, and more. What we have in common is what brings us together: a shared love of writing, and a commitment to improving our craft. 

Some of you may know us from #NONC2022, our own novella festival run in parallel with Wattpad's 2022 Open Novella Contest (ONC) after a rules change that year left many community members reluctant to participate. While NONC may be revived in the future, this profile will continue to serve as a home for community-based events including (but not limited) yearly ONC festivities.
