Hello! 1st off thanks for writing your amazing story! I di have a few suggestions.
          
          As a reader I suggest- 
          If you are putting a book on "Hold"
          Then I personally  would do
          (Tittle of book- on hold) for the cover
          
          This tells all your readers - new and old-
          That you are going to be working on this book and it's not forgotten.
          
          Finally, at the authors note
          Put down ((on hold untill expected- date/month/year)) that gives the reader
          More of a Broadview on when you will be getting back on the writing binge..
          
          
          
          Once again this a few suggestions that I seen a few writers do over the years!
