Hello, folks and queens!
It's a vent. I just need it out of my head!
Today, in fact just an hour ago I did something unpardonable!
You see, It's my 32nd year in bodybuilding!
I know most tricks and I tipped lots of guys and girls into the sport. That's one! Second thing is I DON'T USE SUPPLEMENTS. I scientifically make my own training programmes and cut off unnecessaries with the precision of an razor blade. That's two.
For the last couple of weeks I've been experimenting alternately with short and long breaks when doing arms. But, unfortunately, 30 secs between, and, more over 10 secs factual break is a very short run for the brain. So, I had to make ten eights but! when I did the nine eights I felt exhaustion overwhelmed me. I mean that I'd made a maximum with my right triceps. I had only ten seconds to decide. So, I, completely idiotically, made the ten eights. I was good till the sixth of the eight but! then my triceps was squeezed out. Having myself in deep waters already, and, of course, that's metaphorically speaking, I just had to do two more times with the dumbbell! That consisted in two more maximums though! I would've had great success without the last eight.
Best regards from the tortured bodybuilder!
Yours, Cooper!
