@Mochis4lifeq52627 no matter how clean a cloth is... It's quality is always decided by that one dirt spot found on it,

King dashrath wanted to go with the flow and not create a mental development in his people.. Because yeah... Male throne inheritance was normalized...

Yess Ravan was a threat for sure... But his death was to be by the hands of a human.. The gender wasn't specified...making Shanta as the next ruler could have been a great aid to the world too... Along with breaking the social evil of biased male inheritance... Isn't it?

@Cosmic_dragon1000 You can't take one problem that he didn't face and turn it into a whole descriptor of his rule. Nobody back then thought that equality for women was an issue that needed to be dealt with. It was not a problem. He didn't adapt, because there was nothing to adapt to.

There were bigger problems than equality for women, and I say that as a female. There were demons that ate people, rakshas armies. Ravan was a serious threat from the South, and Dasharath needed a successor because he was aging. It wasn't a time to defy social norms or adapt and change the world. If the people would accept a son as his heir, then Dasharath needed a son.

One doesn't know if he was an adapting king that wanted social betterment, because there's no evidence for OR against it. There's evidence that he was a good king, who made sure his kingdom prospered and that his sons were raised with morals so dharma would thrive. That's it.

@Mochis4lifeq52627 yeah.. So he was not an adapting king who wanted social betterment... Would that be right to say?

I have this question for all of the cosmos members, we call Lord Shiva as Mahadev ,which means 'mahan hai jo dev'...right?...but we all know Lord shiva ain't a dev..he is parmeshwar...so anybody who can answer?..

Also reminder to all people interested in voting for the Santa competition, to please vote for your favorite story after reading all three stories...

Also I wanted to ask the people of my cosmos, those who follow me... Would it be okay if I don't tag you all in the message board everytime?.. Cauz the list has grown too big... And it's difficult to mention everyone's username... I mean followers already get the message right... So please let me know your thoughts...

Shiva is described as Mahadeva as he is propitiated by everyone from the devtas (gods) to the asuras (demons). Great devtaas like Indra and Kubera, as well as great demons like Hiranyakashipu and Ravana worshipped him. Srila Vyasadeva purposefully described Shiva to be the greatest mahadeva, as those who worshipped him out of selfless love and served him unconditionally with devout devotion were awarded with boons, regardless of being a devta or an asura.
There are two famous compositions about Shiva’s glories, namely Shiva Tandava Strota by Ravana and Shiva Mahimna Strota by Pushpadanta. Shiva was so pleased by these glorifications that he awarded both of them with the greatest of boons one could ever think of. In the Tamasi Puranas, there is no description about the birth of Lord Shiva. Instead, he is portrayed as aja, that is, the one who has no birth.

Lord Shambu’s eternal consort is Durgadevi or Mayadevi (he is the male generative organ as Shivalinga and she is the female procreating organ as Yoni).
Lord Shiva is called Mahadev because he is all auspicious. The meaning of Shiva is auspicious. Since he is a devout devotee of Lord Vishnu, he is a reservoir of all the good qualities. The supreme personality of godhead has 64 qualities. Out of them 50 are common in all living entities. But Lord Shiva has 55 qualities, which are common with the supreme lord and, hence, he cannot be considered an ordinary jivatma.
Lord Shiva is brave and saintly. He is situated in his perfection as the master of the senses, knowledge, fruitive activities and the path of achieving perfection. He is the friend of the entire world, and by virtue of his full affection for everyone, he is very auspicious.

Riddle level 3 ,

Vulture, leopard, elephant :- hypothetically Lord Ram has to turn a person into stone, one into ashes, one into air , one into river, one into a fruiting tree,

Following are the people who he has to do this to...

          1) Hanuman
          2) Sita
          3) Bharat
          4) shatrughn
          5) lakshman

Who will he turn into what?... In fact I personally request all defenders to answer their opinions too.. Tho only vulture, leopard and elephant's answer will be written in chapter.. @Ramayana_lover

Ram would turn Hanuman into a river. Rivers never stop flowing and the day when a river stops flowing, it means that life is gonna end. The same way, Hanuman is immortal, he would be there till Ramyan is there. He would give us strength, support and would keep us away from all negative energy. So when Ramayan won't be heard, then Hanuman wouldn't be there. And that day we would all be consumed by the negative energy and bad thoughts and we all would be ended.

            5. Ram would turn Devi Sita into a fruiting tree. Mithila's bad days got finished and entire Videha was filled with happiness because of Sita's birth. Raghukul's respect and honour got increased because of her. She made Lord Ram 'Maryada Purushottam ' and she spread happiness wherever she went. She became an inspiration for every woman. She made people happy and this is the reason she would become a fruiting tree.

            Sorry for the late reply
