REICHENFALLS

sherlock regarded eunji with a disinterested expression. to be quite fair, the majority of his expressions were disinterested. detached, really. it only meant that he was much too deep within his own thoughts to pay too much attention to those around him. besides, wasn't that john watson's responsibility? the heart of the operation; james moriarty had much that much apparent. although it / was / only sherlock now, in his dingy little flat with the bullet holes in the walls. a few more than before his false death. "so. you're here, clearly nervous, judging by the spilled tea stain on your sleeve. trembling hands all morning, so evidently this visit was planned. something important, then."

REICHENFALLS

sherlock's expression remained unreadable, although there was a slight twitch in his left cheek. always a give away when he was taken aback, although it was typically a rare occasion. his posture straightened, albeit reflexively, as he arched one brow delicately. his gaze swept over the younger girl, picking her apart piece by piece, although he found nothing to suggest that she was behaving dishonestly. "bart's hospital, then?" sherlock mused. he sounded entirely disinterested, but his mind was spinning rapidly, far too rapidly for his mouth to keep up with. "i see. and who, pray tell, will the victim be? hopefully someone i would actually have / motive / to kill. otherwise it'll be so dull."

eunji didn't know exactly what to say. how do you tell someone they're going to be framed for murder without sounding like a complete maniac? she was picking at her nails, her heart pounding — she could hear it, you could see it from her long sleeve. her hair had been tied in a ponytail, but her short hair hadn't allowed it to stay still, neither did the fact that she couldn't stop tugging at it. an anxious habit of hers. "there's going to be a murder at around 4:45pm just outside the hospital, and people are going to believe you're behind it." ah, yes, just be straight up about it — that's what her mother always said.
