I'm not saying that I can get to you the second you text me or have the instantly effective remedies lool  I ain't no psychologist or a psychiatrist hell I dun even know the proper effin difference between them and I ain't no messiah too.
It may seem like the first page of instructions from the Bible but I'll be damned if I say I know cuz nah I haven't read that yet, someday I might though....it is for those unfortunate souls (lol) who check my teeny tiny but happy account but mostly it's a reminder for my forgetful ass that tends to forget good shit easily. 
Last but not the least I'm a work in progress just like the shit I keep writing and I'm still learning...so yeah. So please don't give up on yourself, try and keep on trying unless we have reached where we wanted to.
