Thanks for taking the time to visit my profile. 
My name is Darren as much as I would love to be an aspiring writer, I lack confidence in my writing. I have been on Wattpad since 2015, but have been very on and off. I have a vivid imagination seeing myself as a successful author, probably alike millions of other people. When I have hardly crawled before I can walk.  
Happy to say I have written a book, which I tried my hand selling on amazon, with zero sales. My ignorance made me think its just easy to put it out there and people will buy your work. 
In the past few years, lets say taking a sabbatical I have understood, that only through building a reader relationship can you begin this journey, after watching other indie authors take a similar path. 
When I am not writing, I enjoy watching murder mysteries, especially british ones from "good ol Christie" to more recent Midsomer Murders. I think my novels that I will write will be on the murder mystery or paranormal series, its what I get drawn to watching or reading the most. 
When I feel down and need some cheering up, I find watching old classics like Laurel and Hardy never fail to make me laugh. True classics that will never be forgotten in time, I can only hope my work may be a fraction of that one day.  I would love to read your work and you will find me curating while I reading peoples writing, feel free to check out my work at the same time.  I look forward to hearing and meeting this amazing community.
