Hello there, let me give you a PSA:

1. Not all abuse is physical, there's mental, emotional, sexual, etc. 
2. There are something things you don't realize are wrong because it's normal to you  
3. PTSD is not just for veterans. 
4. Healing is an art, it takes time, patience, an open mind, and love. 
5. Overcoming abuse doesn't happen at the snap of a finger, it's letting each day help you grow and heal. 
6. There are some really fucked up people out there. 
7. Not all blindness is through the eye. 
8. Nobody owes you anything. 
9. Don't beg for someone to come back, they chose to lose someone amazing like you. 
10. If you can help it, don't grow up to fast. 
11. There is a syndrome where the child becomes the parent. Respect it. 
12. If you feel a ping in your heart, and it feels like it's swollen and aching, tell someone about it and tell the why. 
13. Being called submissive isn't always a good thing. 
14. Do not. Do not trap your trauma, it will continue and eat away at you until you let it out. You won't escape it. 
15. Try not to loose all of you, please. You're glorious. 
16. It's okay to be different after you've healed some, it shows a better person. 
17. And finally, you're okay kid. Listen to me, you're okay. No matter what is happening, you are stronger than you think and you will conquer it like a mighty beast.
