Sorry had to split msg, not enuff room.
One thing I learnt real quick is to work out exactly how you want your story to end, then plan out exactly how you want to get there. Including all the little plot twists and detours, characters that will help with the directions. Kinda like google maps lol :)Takes a little effort but soooo worth it in the long run. Cos if you have a break, you can pick right up again without the need for backtracking.
You just look at your plotline / timeline and you're off and running again.
We've been lucky as Australia is just a big island, so we could isolate pretty well. And Western Australia took a really hard line, closed it's borders completely to everyone including our fellow Aussies for nearly 2 years, excepting emergencies. You had to have a good reason for wanting to come home, no tourists etc. It was easy cos the only way you can get in is through the desert or swimming about 2000 kilometres.
But last week, Omicron made it's way in. We went from 97 cases over two years to nearly 5000 in that week alone. It's here now, but we're all used to wearing masks and social distancing. Sad to know we'll start losing people soon :(
I have another Reedus romance brewing. Just want to get a few more Daryl chapters written so they're queued up, ready to publish. Once that's done, I'll get down to some serious Norman writing :)
Problem is, I'm actually sleeping at the mo. So my usual insomniac late nights banging the keyboard aren't happening hahaha.
Take care, chat again soon :)

Heya,
First off, I truly hope you're Ok. I know all about rough patches, been though enough to last a lifetime lately.
So never be afraid to rant to me whenever you need to, I'll be here. Sometimes, talking to a stranger is easier than sharing with friends. There's no 'I told you so', just a friendly ear and no judgement.
Please don't be afraid to publish either. I was scared too at first, believe me. A story is your baby that you've loved and taken care of. Shown pride in and you want to share that with others. Any non constructive criticisms feel personal until you realise they're just someone else's opinion. If writing it made you feel good, got you through the day....nothing they say can make you feel bad.
Your English is awesome, so never doubt that either. But if you'd like, I'd be more than happy to read it for you? Let you know of any errors and such before you publish? I doubt there'll be many at all :)
