DevilSurvivor012

In the spirit of Valentine's Day, I began to watch the first five minutes of Scum's Wish, an anime about two individuals unable to be with the ones they love so they date one another and experience what they cannot with one another, essentially as "replacements", and although a little weird it's understandable, but seriously lady, don't think of making out with your brother! For a country with a huge populace, she sure doesn't get out much, but I guess it's like they say, "Love is blind?"...maybe...perhaps, a little farther away from the tree and all, right? No? Happy Valentine's Day? ...

          Ps: Oh Japan, what will you come up with next? XD hahaha

The moment you realize that you're in a video game store and the store clerk stood you up after months of anticipation and early payment for this day - you realizing that the game you pre-ordered and was said to arrive that day was delayed and will release until the spring/early summer season and are having an awkward staring contest with said clerk.

          And I know what you're thinking, this person planned his Valentine's Day on a video game months in advance as if he knew he would be alone, either that or he can see the future, but eother way, and isn't that a little sad? (that's a rhetorical question) here's hoping for the latter...or perhaps a ladder to climb atop a scream at the heavens for delaying Persona 5 and having an embarrassing encounter with the clerk previously mentioned above.

          Then again, the premise of the game is to figuratively, but quite possibly literally, "steal the hearts" of those wicked and corrupt and reform them...maybe this was their way of foreplay in denying me of what I wanted.

          To Atlus and the video game clerk...you're such a tease, but I'll be waiting XD hahaha

          Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

@DevilSurvivor012 this is quite possibly the sweetest most heartwarming description I have ever read of myself. I don't have the words to describe how you have touched my heart, and how blown away I am. I am truly sure I don't possibly live up to any of it, but I am honoured and so grateful for it anyways. Your wonderful support and encouragement makes sharing these topics and thoughts so much easier and more gratifying and I cannot thank you enough. This review and recommendation may be the single best I could ever possibly hope to receive, and I am just in awe.
            Thank you.

“When one is troubled by the reality of this world, it can be comforting to consider other possibilities … so strong is the desire to escape the tyranny of consciousness and the narrow boundaries of our perceptions—to unlock the prisons of thought in which we trap ourselves, all in the hope that a better world or a better version of ourselves perhaps may lie on the other side of the door.”

First of all, I want to give a shoutout to @TNT for giving me an early Christmas present in the form of a Horror Contest filled with psychopaths, murderers, demons, and other horrible tales that make you stay awake at night, thanks you really do know me! :)

          Although I did not participate in the contest,

          ...mainly because I suck at writing..."Sorry "Stitches" looks like you'll be in "The Butcher" 's basement a little while longer"...*inaudible sounds*..."Oh don't cry, no one can hear you anyways, cause your tongues cut off and your lips are sewn shut." Hahaha...sorry off topic...

          it doesnt mean that there weren't many amazing stories submitted to the contest, and I thank the writers as well for using their demented minds into creating such incredible stories :)

          So readers and followers of my small cult, I encourage you to read the stories below and vote one them, cause you leader needs a new show next year, cause The Strain is going to have it's series finale by then (R.I.P) and The Walking Dead is slowing rotting away like the corspes they kill...but mainly because of the repetitiveness since season four. *throws shades away* looks like I won't be needing those anymore hahaha

          In short, I highly recommend reading the stories I mention below this message and vote on them, and they are:

          @BardConstantine 's "Gestalt"
          @TharronSkylor 's "From Dusk til Dawn"
          @GregCarrico 's "Undone"
          @Monrosey's "Becca and Lucas"

          Honorable Mention
          @rskovach 's "Outcast"

          I have my popcorn out already, so I'll be waiting for one of these shows to come on hahaha

@DevilSurvivor012 - I can't thank you enough for the shout out! I'm honored to mentioned among these writers. :)

If you like a horror/thriller with the male equivalent of Jessica Jones with vision powers like Zed from Constantine (R.I.P. Constantine, but not this one, he's still alive and kicking) and throw in a creature that could be from the Upside Down from Stranger Things and is tied up with a detective noir charm that only Veronica Mars could tie, read and vote for @BardConstantine 's Gestalt for the TNT Horror Contest.

@BardConstantine I'm glad you enjoyed the description. Your story truly had all my favourite elements and would go nicely on my favourite television show list.

            Best of luck to you and I'll be your namesake and spread the word through song if I must if it means you proceed forward in the contest :)

If you like a psychological thriller, based on myth and legend with a guy fighting his inner demon that would make chicks want to swarm him cause he is a "bad boy" and also make them run like hell, check out @TharronSkylor 's From Dusk Til Dawn and vote on it for the TNT Horror Contest.
