Okay, so I've deleted most of my stories. The reason is, I'm pretty sure I've grown out of a lot of the content I wrote before. I started this account when I was 16. I'm 23 now and I went back and reread most of it and I just didn't have the heart to finish them all. I think I'll keep writing, slowly, and I want to finish the ones I liked the most. The ones that are finished will stay up. But the band fanfictions, well I still love Bring Me The Horizon but I think the next stories I write about them should definitely be a little more mature.
I was cringey as fuck writing all of that and I still am sometimes. I've learned a lot and cringe at a lot of stuff back then and even now sometimes. But I don't think I'll keep writing too many fanfictions. I definitely still love Harry Potter (not JK Rowling) and Bring Me The Horizon, Apex Legends and everything but the stories should reflect me on how I've grown and not how immature and weird I was. Again still am sometimes.
As for the newer stories I started in like 2020-2023? I'll try my best to finish them, but I'm not in a rush and they're not where my mind is now. I know that's sudden but I've been thinking about this for a while. There's no other explanation than that, I am not the same person anymore honestly. It all feels surreal coming to this account and then reading stuff that just doesn't feel like me anymore. So yeah.

Even now I still have a lot to learn about writing and let me know what you might think or ideas I could try. I definitely still love romance and fantasy, action stories too. I wanna try writing horror but I dunno yet. Anyways, thanks all! I'm not leaving or anything, just letting you know!

hey! someone who also did this once! deleting your stuff is great and i get why you did it, but in a few years you mighth want to look back and laugh on it for posterity reasons, so just shoving it into some old doc on google drive for archival reasons could be a good idea too, lol. anyways, proud of you and keep improving your craft! write what makes you happy and dont bother finishing stuff you dont care about. write for yourself and no one else! <3
I might just delete everything sigh. I haven't had the urge to type at all.
@DexilsNotMe Don't do that! You're such a talented writer and I'd hate for you to throw everything away. Just take a bit and relax your mind. Taking a break can do wonders for you.
@DexilsNotMe Pls don't, I always have that feeling but like 1 month or even year later, I get the urge to type again. If you delete it, you'll regret later on and will snuff out the small spark of urge in the future
