Crust: 1 Pkg Graham Crackers (1/3 lb)
1/4 c light brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
5 TBS butter (unsalted)

chop graham crackers in food processor. Mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter + mix into crumbs w/hands. Press onto bottom of pan (use bottom of a glass to press evenly). Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Brownies- cut into "1x1" squares + place in mosaic pattern on crust.
1lb cream cheese, softened
2/3 c light brown sugar
2 eggs + 1 ylk, room temp
3/4 c sour cream, room temp
1 tsp vanilla

Mix cream cheese + brown sugar untili smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream. Add vanilla. Pour on top of crust/brownies. Bake at 325 degrees fro 50-65 min, until sides puff and center loses sheen. Use 9 inch round pan, and cook pan in water bath. Bake uncovered.
