Dreamland Community

Hey everyone!  You may have seen plenty of people announce it already, but Wattpad is removing the DM feature.  You can still utilize comments and message boards, but you will no longer be able to privately message one another on the app.  Be sure to have alternate ways of contacting your friends if you can!           With that said... We are having to make a move that I have wanted to long since avoid making for clubs... Due to the fact that people will no longer be able to DM us and we will no longer be able to DM them, we will have to make joining the Discord mandatory.  We are very sorry for this change and have never wanted to make it a mandatory aspect.  However, we will not be able to send out strike/probation messages or receive private requests from anyone because of this change, and this is the only fix we know to make.
          
          There will likely be other small changes throughout all of our books that mention having to send things via DM.

Hey everyone! A couple of things we thought it would be nice to let you know! 
          
          Very important to look into! Wattpad has updated its moderation system and its Age of Consent guideline. Be sure to check this out. 
          
          Also, their new moderation system seems to have led to a glitch with a lot or stories being improperly flagged, some even being removed. I would like to reiterate that it is a glitch, though, as long as your story fully followed Wattpad guidelines. So please contact Wattpad support and work with them to hopefully get your story back!

          Secondly, the NaNo site has done a loooot of things that make people question if they want to use it despite liking the idea behind NaNo/Camp NaNo. Dreamland is doing its best to immulate its set up through our own thing, DreamANovel Month (DANM for short :D). If you'd like to join in with us on these, even if you're also participating in NaNo, join our discord, where we support each other through the writing grind, give out stickers, and have a couple fun giveaways for completers! Plus, a pretty sheet to help with tracking.
