I started writing fanfiction way back in the early 2000s, long before the MCU; it was an escape, an anonymous guilty pleasure. I've never stopped enjoying the AUs others create, the different viewpoints and unique characters brought in; writing though... Writing it was something I hadn't done for roughly 16 years until recently.
