[Continuation from Post 1, read that first]

〔 ⌬ 〕The character's name is Yomi (sharing the same name as the underworld in Japanese/Shinto mythology) and they are non-binary but usually presents as male. He appears to be 19-yrs old and aside from his minimal runes, they have scars on their mechanical body with the most prominent ones being over his nose and on his shoulder.

〔 ⌬ 〕Etched on Yomi's back is a rune not many would be too familiar with due to how ancient it is and was probably even considered forbidden to an extent: a tribal ouroboros, the symbol of death and rebirth. Unlike his other runes, this one appears to be of master level or higher and grants Yomi's soul the blessing(read: curse) to persist after death should they be fatally wounded and heal after a certain amount of time/emergency care, effectively making him immortal. (Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is the inspiration for this)

〔 ⌬ 〕Each rebirth comes with a price though, temporarily "soft reset" their emotions and making Yomi appear more like cold-hearted machine that focuses only on the objective and will ruthlessly cut down anyone who stands in the way of such an objective. He doesn't know why nor remember how he came to be the bearer of such a cursed gift, but they try to make the most of it.

I've got a new character currently in the works for this little roleplay community I'm in on Amino and since alot of you guys are experienced writers, I would like some tips on how to properly portray them! I'll go ahead and list some information into separate posts, so you'll at least know what we're dealing with here:

〔 ⌬ 〕My character is going to be from a race of people that are extremely similar to robots, but are usually(?) humanoid in appearance. Since this takes place in a sci-fi/fantasy setting, this race were created via combination of highly quality metal and soul weaver technology/spellcasting. They can also have genders, eat normal food like other human/humanoids, and function similarly.

〔 ⌬ 〕Along with sharing the common trait of having wiped memories or remembering fragments after having a human soul housed within their body, they come in three varieties: a large tank-like prototype(kinda like mechs imo), a war-like yet elegant 2nd generation model that are well-known blade masters, and the final ones being a model similar to the 2nd gen but are more designed for casting magic and have runes etched into their skin.

〔 ⌬ 〕Combinations between these varieties are possible and potentially common, my character is a hybrid of the blade master and spellcaster models. With the exception of one, their magical toolkit is closer to apprentice and intermediate level. Their skill with the blade is much closer to master level.
