It had been years since those Nocturna had been close to had left the school, and campus altogether. And over said amount of time, Nocturna herself, while having barely aged, had grown more and more distant, and less and less talkative. She'll take care of things when she must, and takes great care of the grounds, but for the most part, she's seen sitting outside her office, or vanishes from campus altogether to coop herself up inside. The years had been wonderful to her. While Nocturna is an Evil Elemental, the last of her kind, and had existed for many, many years past her appearance, she looks about 20, tops, barely aging at all since her friends left.

Some of them she no longer has any contact with at all. It had been quite a while since she'd heard from any of them, but Juwel, Swan, even Colette and Veronique had completely gone off the radar. Nonetheless... she's heard some of her other friends had settled down and had families of their own. And she felt happy for them! Despite having no lover or kids, herself, Nocturna finds the idea she may possibly see some of her freinds' children around the school exciting.

Everyone had made quite a name for themselves. Lex, Cam, Dec, Nocturna herself... heck, a war was fought over her! They'd become well known. And while some elementals were iffy about sending their children to a school run by a creature formally seen to be horrible, others were very welcoming. However, Nocturna quickly found that she... merely cannot live in the real world. So, she walls herself behind the portal year-round and stays on campus, even when nobody else is there. And often finds herself thinking about her old friends.

Now, she's sitting on the step leading to her office that faces the campus, her inky black hair messed slightly by the chill morning breeze, and her slit yellow eyes watching the far end of the campus. Quietly awaiting the arrival of this year's students, and returning students. Making her no longer alone, here.

Milly had eventually moved away, with Nova and Jack and the dragon hatchling, to a place by the sea, once school had finished. It was far enough away from a nearby town that she was able to live peacefully with her beloved animals. Milly worked as an expert in magical wildlife, having been so familiar with it while she was a student, and she had become a leading expert on dragons in the elemental community. Milly was happy alone, but had ended meeting someone, another water elemental... and it had taken some time for him to get used to having dragons and such around, but he ultimately loved them as Milly did. Milly often talked about the war that she’d fought in when she was in school, and all the wild and almost unbelievable stories that she’d been part of, growing up- her husband was always so curious... They had two children, a boy and a girl. Her son, the eldest of her two children was called Destan, and he was starting his first year at the Elements Academy... Milly wouldn’t have dreamed of sending him to another school... Nocturna was the person she wanted teaching her son.

Milika arrived at the school, Destan was dragging his suitcase, and Milly was holding a bag over her shoulder, her other hand grasping the hand of her daughter, Maris, who’d be starting the Academy in a couple of years. Milly wondered if she’d see her old friend again, even if it was only brief...

Lex stops when she gets a good look at the girls eyes. Astonished, she watchers her with wide eyes from her spot.

Camden runs his hand up and down her back, not uttering a single word as he holds her in his arms.

@Isabelle_RP (Thanks! Same to you. I am, thanks. How've you been doing? o3o)

The small girl - seeming no older than seven or eight, slowly steps toward them. "Ooh, are you looking for your friend? The Magician, hmm? She's been whisked away I fear. To a little closed space, back in time."

Cadence stares. "How is that possible?"

The small girl's purple eye gleams. "Eeh? Ever hear of the phrase, 'anything is possible?' It's not only your Magician friend who was sent there, either." She giggles slightly. "Others are there. Some went insane. Others killed. More are ruthless spirits."

December pulls away after a while. "Thank, Camden..." She would have said something else if her eyes didn't catch sight of the girl Lex and Cadence are near. December lets out a breath. "That girl... She looks familiar." She blinks as it suddenly clicks. "She's dangerous." Is all she says.

@Ink_RP "Nova he's beautiful" Milly said picking up a piece of the eggshell and putting it in her bag. She resumed looking at the dragon in awe. "I'm so proud of you Nova"

@IcysStoriesxx Nova makes a soft noise. The curious baby dragon looks up at Milly with blue eyes, before making another croaking sound.
