Sadly due to a family tragedy I was unable to complete NaNoWriMo. I might remove the story, though I eventually plan to continue it. I just have other things I need to focus on right now.

@stallioncat
          I do plan on writing more stories. Once Ebony Mist is done, it will have a sequel. Dragonscar had a planned sequel and prequel. There are several other stories in various stages of planning. But bare with me, I am working a full time job with overtime and planning a wedding so updates have been a little slow.

For those who read Ebony Misty: I was about to write the next part when I decided to read back through it to refresh myself of the story so far. Well, I admit that it was a bit painful for me to read, as most of it was originally written on my phone. So, I have decided to go back and edit it. Wording is what mostly will change, but I may add in a few parts to it to help the flow a little. Once I've gone through and edited it, I shall continue the story. The Intro is already done! Don't worry, the rest will come soon enough.

Hi Meg, just a note to tell you we love how you describe Tolkien's influence on you. We (friends and co-authors) both came to fantasy in much the same way, and now more often than not our heads are full of elves, fairies, enchanted woods and ancient myths :). Dragonscar looks really interesting, we can see the Tolkien influence.

ElfyTheRinger

@AineCole Hey, thanks for the message! Yes, Tolkien has influenced, and continues to influence, all my writing and art. If anything, I'd say that he's what has made Dragonscar possible, but the same could be said about many things, I think, since he redefined fantasy.

The final chapter of Dragonscar is up. Marking it completed. At least this draft is completed. It's been quite an adventure just for this draft. And it's open for a sequel. I might see if I can make a first draft of said sequel while I revise Dragonscar. Perhaps enough so to have updates once or twice a month for it. But then, I also have Ebony Mist that desires some long over-do attention! Luckily I've now graduated college and can focus on other things.
