For a long time, I argued with myself. I convinced myself that writing was a hobby, something that I did to take my mind off of everything going on around me. Then came the day I realized I was a good writer, not great because I have much still to learn, but I was good. So, here I am...It's kind of scary.

I try to keep my writings as PG-13 as possible, but it usually turns R-rated. I write some pretty dark stuff, like post-apocalyptic, war scenes and things most people don't want to talk about. My characters do cuss, a lot.

Anyway, I write mostly science fiction and fantasy. I'll do the occasional Historical Romance, but that isn't very often. Also, I write all of my stories in first person. Why? Writing in first person makes me feel connected to the character, like their emotions are mine and I hope that my audience feels that way too.

Also, for those of you looking for fluffy romances, I can assure you that NONE of my stories will have my characters falling in love in the first ten chapters. You can expect the romance to be slow and as real as possible in the situations my characters are placed in.

At the moment, I believe I'm working on 5-8 stories. I have no idea when I'll post them. They're all on my computer, which has no internet. Right now, I'm waiting to buy myself a lap top. Once I have that, you should expect the first chapter of at least one of my stories.

People who know me usually ask me where I get my inspiration from. So, before any of you lot ask it, I'll save you the trouble. I get most of my inspiration from music, from real life and sometimes I'll get inspiration from random TV shows or movies.

"Writing is a voice that calls us from dreams, that peeks out of the corner of our eyes when we think no one is looking, the longing that breaks our hearts even when we think we should be happiest, and to which we cannot give a name." ---Judy Collins

If you have anything you want to ask me, feel free to. I don't bite. ;)
