Emely can u please explain what do they mean by 1 h in my cr is 1 day in my dr or something like that

well actually it is exactly what it says... if 1 hour passes in your cr (current reality= the reality you are in right now) then 1 day passes in your dr (desired reality= the reality your shifting to)
