My boyfriend sent me something beneficial to some people and maybe even to me tonight but sometimes self delusion can be good. If you tell yourself you are happy or happy about certain things and focus on them, your brain will believe it in the long run.
          	
          	Self diagnosing yourself could make yourself feel worse whereas the brain can be more positive and you'll see a change in yourself after the most positive attitudes.
          	
          	But also, believing in yourself in the hardest of times and using the support around you can be great once you open up and talk about your feelings.
          	
          	Saying this probably is a bit of hypocrisy as it is difficult to do so but I'm trying to get help and you should to. 
          	
          	I'm here if anyone needs me.
