Emma McFagen

I am a deep thinker and a studier of people. I'm fascinated by the criminal mind but also by the everyday hero.  Each of us can do incredible things if faced with little-to-no choice.  I enjoy protagonists who are not professional - ie - non-police, PI, agents, etc. I prefer people like you and me, faced with the unthinkable, who prove themselves to be capable of much more than they knew before.  So too are my villains.  They're not beasts or spirits and they don't have powers.  They're your neighbor, your spouse, your children.  That's what scares me the most.  Real people.  But they're also what inspire me the most to believe in a better, safer world.  I hope you enjoy!
