Hey everyone!
          
          I want to first apologize for disappearing off the face of the earth for the past 2 months. I’ve honestly just haven’t had any free time to not only work on some stories but to even give you guys an update… which brings me to this update:
          
          I’ve decided to take a break from writing.
          
          It was a difficult decision to make especially with how much I love to write WonderBat, but at the moment there are too many things in my life that I have to put foremost that I just do not have enough time to work on new and existing  stories. My current plan is to possibly pick up some writing during my winter break, but that is not certain at the moment. Truthfully, I’ve been struggling to write continuously for a while now, even before I moved into college. My love for WonderBat is still fully intact, but the enjoyment I got from writing fanfics has been missing for some time. I love every story that I put out, but my most recent works haven’t felt up to my normal standard, and I always want to give you all my best work. 
          
          Also as mentioned, my personal life played a major factor into this decision as well. There are many new elements that I not only have to, but also want to put first, and unfortunately my writings must take a break in order to accomplish my goals.
          
          I can confidently say that this is not the last time you will be hearing from me. I’ll always be periodically checking all of my socials to see any of your comments on my works, and I’ll try to keep with my tradition of replying to everyone. The only difference is that I will not be writing as frequently. You’ll also definitely might find me in comment sections of WonderBat fanfics lol.
          
          Anyway, that is the small yet extremely large update I have. I hope everyone is doing well! :)

Remember how I said I was going to try to stick to a 5k-7k word limit on my JL: Outset chapters? Well… chapter 9 has just come in at over 9k words XD. The good news, however, is that it’s all typed up! After a little proofreading and some grammar/spelling mistakes it should be ready to send out! Stay tuned!

The next update of Outset is soooooo close to being done. Like I can confidently say that it will be out within the next week!

I’m already over 7k words into chapter 9 of JL: Outset i literally cant stop typing lmaoooooo

So I decided to beef up this next chapter of JL: Outset, and I’m already over 5k words despite only getting to about one of the major talking points so far lol. 
          
          I dont have an exact idea of when it’ll be ready to be published, but it should be another long chapter filled with many interactions between the heroes. It’s looking like this might be my last post before I go off to college so I’m really trying to make sure that I conclude the founding of the JL so I can transition into the broader picture of the JL’s development as time goes on, especially since I might not get much time to in the near future.
          
          I’m really excited for this update, since I it contains interactions and conversations I’d really like to see in a JL origin comic, mainly being things that are usually overlooked. I hope you’re all doing well! :D

I’m about half-way done with ch 9 of JL: Outset, so that’s exciting! Honestly, this might be my last update before I head off to college, so I’m really trying to make sure that it is set up really good. I definitely will try my best to not stop writing, but with me moving onto a new and unknown chapter of my life, I’m not sure how much free time I’ll have in order to write. Once I get a sense of my workload, I’ll definitely update you guys and give you the gist of what I think I’ll be able to get done. 
          
          I used to be able to upload some type of work ever month or so (besides the end of my senior year when I got swamped with AP Exams and final projects) and I’m hoping to carry that trend through college.

Wanna read about a slightly insecure Bruce and a loving yet stubborn Diana? Look no further, my new high school oneshot “Secret Crushes” is out now! You can find is as a new chapter within “Wonderbat Analects”!

Already 3k words into the high school oneshot :). It actually will probably be out soon (like maybe within the next week) since I’m planning on it only reaching around 4k words to fit into Wonderbat Analects. Not gonna lie, I’ve already rewritten it twice since I’ve been switching around some ideas, but I think I got one I like.

This may to seem have come out of nowhere, but my next posted work is probably going to be a small oneshot about a High School no-powers AU that I’ve been meaning to write. The story won’t be too long (potentially just being an oneshot added to Wonderbat Analects), but I’m actually very pleased by the idea.
          
          I won’t say more for the risk of spoilers, but I started typing it tonight and have a good amount of ideas laid out for it. Im not sure if I’ll ever expand it outside of a oneshot, but hey if people like it you never know ;)
          
          Im probably going to be typing ch 9 of JL: Outset alongside this oneshot since I also want to get that out soon too. I’m really trying to type as much as I can before I head off to college lol.

Just a small update I wanted to share…
          
          Welp, I got a perfect score on my AP Literature and Composition Exam (a perfect score is a 5) XD. I’ll be 100% honest, writing WonderBat fanfiction helped out tremendously. Writing these stories and reading other WonderBat writers helped me develop my writing in ways that truthfully I never expected to achieve nor appreciate. I’ve always had an enjoyment for writing, but I’ve never really spent time to sit down and just type a story. However, my love for WonderBat and the support everyone has given me to my work has really motivated me to keep improving my writing skills, and its paid off incredibly. The advancements gained from writing fanfiction spilled over into other classes as well, such as my AP US History and AP European History classes I took this year, in which writing is heavily involved (I got a 5 and 4 on the exams respectively). 
          
          Really, this post is just a thank you to all those who have supported my works and continue to appreciate my writing. Your remarks and comments have given me an immense amount of motivation to continue my fanfiction pursuit (despite the fact that I only seem to update works once a month lmao). I’m starting college soon, which will certainly be a shift in my lifestyle, but I’m hoping to keep WonderBat a constant in my life. These college credits I’ve earned from my AP Exams have tremendously helped me since they’ve knocked out so many of my Gen-Ed courses, and WonderBat certainly played a factor into my success.
