Citrus is complete!
          
          (If you saw 12 published a few hours... so ago, that was me thinking I was about to break my publishing schedule and getting way too exited)
          
          There may or may not be edits on Citrus during ONC depending on my schedule. 
          
          I have not forgotten about BtSiB, but life is life-ing and I have been even busier than I was last year during this season. There will be casual updates and eventually a publish schedule.

No, this is not an April Fool's prank. It also has nothing to do with OMC... I mean, ONC.
          
          After a monumental load of hard work (dare I say sweat... blood and tears?), a collaboration project has come to its grand conclusion and is now posted on @/ShutUpAndWriteClub. This community project had a handful of different writers come together to form this wonderful project. The concept of how this story was written is so creative, and it's amazing to see all the pieces fall into place. 
          
          This project wouldn't have been possible without @MikeMacColin , the project lead. I highly rec checking out his other writing projects if you enjoy what you see in the collab. That goes for all the writers involved.

I feel like my writing quality keeps dwindling as this contest progresses. I have the compulsion to go sit and edit, but I’ve been so consistent with updates that it would pain me to not keep the schedule. 
          
          Remind me to never write 20,000+ words in one month again? I am aware others do quite a bit more, but my pea sized, linearly focused brain has officially went down the drain as seen in my non existent creative writing endeavors. 
          
          And guess who has not touched Because the Sky is Blue this month? Me! XD Please send help for the procrastinator, not that I feel an extreme amount of pressure… but I also do not want to be eliminated because I didn’t at least try with that entry.

Chapter 5 of Citrus is out! 
          
          The hair on my arms pricked, and I patted his back, abet, awkwardly. “No one deserves that.” 
          
          He didn’t answer, but I could have sworn he mouthed “I do”, never removing his eyes from the light above his head, an unmoving block.

HI all!
          
          First of all, congrats to everyone that passed round one! There were a lot of brilliant entires this year, and I’m glad to see so many familiar faces there! 
          
          Second, all three of the entires I’m in on went through—
          
          I have confidence that I can push myself to get to the 8,000 word milestone on all of them, but this going to be a questionable two months of writing for me. I swear, I’ve never written this quantity in such a short time before… slowly and steady wins the race went out the window. 
          
          Third, I can’t thank everyone who has supported me enough or let me crash into your OMCs. You all are amazing and this entire competition wouldn’t be the same without you all <3
