@hitoxl Wisdom cubes are a "lost" technology since they come from something else (but that would be a spoiler so I'll stop here), they cannot be manufactured at the moment, the existing ones that the factions have are the ones they already had. In this situation, a kansen who can support the commander with the strategies and can help command the others (I can think of one, I'll just say *cough* *cough*)
