this message may be offensive

  if there was a proper reason as to why she 
            stayed for this team  ,  this could be that  .  a
            passion to not only help others  ,  but watch 
            them be successful while maintaining proper
            self care for themselves  .  the team captain
            was not excluded from this  .  especially now
            of all times  . 
          
            practice had its hardships  ,  she knew it took 
            a toll on everyone  ,  but never did the third 
            year open her eyes wide enough to take a 
            peep at her friend's lack of energy  .  and the
            dread made itself known when he nearly fell  ;
            voices of concern sounding out through the
            gym as the female ran over with the coach  .
          
            ❝  jiji  ,  please come on  .  ❞   a murmur  ,  
            small hands cool against heated skin  ,  trying 
            to help him at least move out the way  ;  even
            messing her school uniform up to try and 
            carry him to the gym's door  .  ❝  we need to
            take you to the nurse's office  .  ❞  now it 
            boiled down to a whisper  ,  voice light as the
            coach instructed everyone else to mind they
            damn businesses  ;  still focused on the teen
            pulling a daichi  .

she was stressing over him , her own frown breaking the usual lazy smile on her face — immediately going and attempting to help support him up . she refused to let him continue on , knowing damn well he wasn't fit enough for the rest of the day . possibly the next few days if she were to be honest . and she couldn't help but start to blame herself for not taking note of his odd behavior much earlier that day . but currently , there wasn't a proper moment to slap her forehead in distress .

❝ no , shut up , we're going . you're clearly sick ... i'll see if the nurse can reduce your fever . ❞ she mumbled , never confident enough in her japanese to speak loud enough for others , arm swung around his beefy waist as she started to pull on him without any second thought . even when the rest of the team was either being nosy shits or slacking / doing whatever , she still was mainly focused on this dead man walking . homie forgot to do his damn self care treatment at home , better not have the mfing rona or they all finna perish or sumn .

hopefully , with how the wind was blowing , it wouldn't get him even sicker ; man was sweating up a storm and that shit was not pleasurable . maybe he could take a shower in the nurse's office ; cold water worked well to cool down such a heated person . but she was getting ahead of herself , thought wise , too putting him above herself that she stumbled slightly ; cursing in her native tongue with a click . aw shit , here we go again , really about to leave these hoes behind with all these damn kids . sir slow that death down right now right now .
