So, I'm gonna be doing some research on anatomy, more so focused on the multiple muscles, mostly the ones we don't particularly work out, which is like 85% of our muscles. You might be curious on why I'm doing research, well I want to figure out something, a myth per say, it pretains to martial arts. If you wanna test it out, which who knows maybe it'll work, what you have to do is lay down, close your eyes, imagine that you have about six rings, now you want these rings to slowly go down your body, you have to feel these muscles, you'll start to feel straining (you should at least..) and that's how you know it's working. But I could be completely wrong, so you don't have to do it, it's just if you're interested on what I'm working on outside of writing.
