@-Coldlyprincessheart they are right writing a book is much harder plus it's their book they can publish a chapter whenever they want. They didn't say "I promise!" They said "No problem" Most of those two are different. Saying "I promise " is telling them that they promised they will update. Saying "No problem" to me means that they will just give them some time.

Please don't be rude. Writing a book is harder then it looks, plus I am not around wattpad for most of the time anymore. When a author doesn't write a chapter or lost interest leave them to it please.
