I've enjoyed the luxury of a vivid imagination, but always procrastinated when it came to writing stuff down. And then also never being satisfied with the work I did write down meant it never finished either. But I've always come back to try again. Third time's the charm.
Anyway, my preferred style always includes (dark) fantasy with a blend of mythology, supernatural elements and some form of superpowers. I draw heavily from manga, anime and video games, but also contemporary works like Phillip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials' trilogy, which I enjoyed greatly.
