@Novarys It’s a great show! Definitively amongst the no. 1 for me. 

@GardenOfProserpine I guess I meant it in a sense that it's negative to experience. Of course, sometimes guilt is because you really did something "wrong" or hurt someone and in that case, you know. It's at least reasonable to feel. I suppose some feelings are just too complicated to categorize in 'good' and 'bad' groups :)

@HelynaL Ah thank you, that's very helpful! That is pretty much exactly what I was thinking, too, but I wanted to know the reader's perspective :)
            
            (Prior to this I didn't realise that guilt was categorised as a negative feeling... wow.)

@GardenOfProserpine For me it's sort of obvious that it's both. While guilt is a negative feeling, she always strives to do better because she cares and feels responsible, and that is good. And occasionally, it causes her emotional turmoil, which might mean that it's also a flaw, since her look on things is not always unbiased (takes too much on herself).

@HelynaL Until It's Gone is powerful, ahh. I love... much all the songs in the album, it's so hard to choose one. A Line in the Sand though. 
            
            Mike's rap is the only rap I listen to, haha.

@GardenOfProserpine Haha, The Hunting Party, that's a strange record, I love it, Wastelands and Until It's Gone, whoa. Fort Minor is great, that's like the first rap album I've ever listened to, Mike is so good! I need to re-listen it, now that I know more English, tbh (although I did look up the lyrics, it's different when you actually understand it haha)! Yes, those are so powerful concepts, it's very painful and it can really get to you, uffh

@HelynaL The first album I hear was Living Things (Castle of Glass, to be specific) and then I started exploring their old albums and ahh, such different and unique music with very profound lyrics. ATS and M2M impacted me a lot too, but I like Hybrid Theory and Meteora too, as rock. Somehow I missed The Hunting Party so I actually listened to One More Light before it, haha. 
            
            I have a pretty random taste in music, and I really love music! It’s just so great ahhh. 
            
            A Thousand Suns though. Have you heard ‘Kenji’ from Fort Minor? It is about Mike’s family, how they were in the internment camp. That with ATS ( since it’s about Nuclear war and WW11 is referenced) is so powerful.

@GardenOfProserpine The ending was rather foreshadowed, yet, but still felt sort of lazy to do. "How can I tie up all loose ends and have some emotional explosion for the reader? I know -- kill all the characters at once!" But yes, I agree that the plot wasn't as important in the story than other stories, but the lack of it just makes the book feel a bit... stationary. Off the top of my head, I can't really think of a better word at the moment.

@Yelverton_TheGeek_ I'll have to disagree on that since the ending was foreshadowed many times in the book and the story was never really focused on a plot. It is the narration, the characters and the overall theme that makes it such a strong story, although it obviously has its flaws.

@v_silva Glad to know that! I’m sure you’ll enjoy at least some parts of his works. 

@GardenOfProserpine  His works are on my reading list. . . The fields are not too familiar, but I do not doubt there is something of value to be found in it.

@GardenOfProserpine Mainly romantic, contemporary, and impressionist. I feel there's more freedom of interpretation in those, while things like classical or baroque feel a bit more confined.

@Yelverton_TheGeek_ Oh you play it too? What kind of music do you usually play?
