actually, i lied. there are a few requirements:
1. you can't be a bully
2. you can't be that type of person that gets annoyed at people for being excited about something. like, let people be excited. sheesh.
3. you don't have to be a human. i'll talk to a ghost any day. no discrimination.
4. you don't have to like any of my fandoms to talk to me. that's not ALL i talk about. might make up a majority, but i can spare my mouth for other things.
5. last one; disregard requirements 1 and 2 if you just need someone to talk to or something to read. i promise my stories or myself will do the best to help, no matter the situation, cos in the end, we all just need a little comfort, no matter who we are.
