Hello, all!!!
          
          I am just reading my notifications and seeing that some of you have reached out to say you hope I'll return soon. Thank you so much for even noticing I was gone lol! It still amazes me sometimes that you read my stories and are interested in my content. 
          
          As a high school English teacher who teaches both day school and night school this term, as well as someone who is the primary caregiver to a loved one who struggles with their health...not to mention my own disabilities, I have not had a moment to myself in months! Therefore, I have not had the privilege of diving into the Buckingham Nicks/Fleetwood Mac fanfiction universe as an escape. (I love writing this stuff just as you've told me you love reading it!) With night school over for the year, it's looking like I'll be having a looser schedule soon. I have a lot of ideas flowing, including the rest of "Thinking Out Loud" (a Stevie & Lindsey future story), more eras covered in my ongoing Buckingham Nicks alternate universe, and a few other surprises.

Dear Readers,
          
          “My Heart” is finally finished! The In Your Dreams era love story made me so happy to write that I was sad to see it end!
          
          Since I have returned, I have been trying to tie up my unfinished stories one at a time. The next one up is the Buckingham Nicks A/U birthday story, as I already have an idea that will keep the A/U family of Stevie, Lindsey, Julia, Aaron, Sara and Amber (and Jodie and Olivia McVie, of course) alive and well! Anyone who’s read that story knows that Julia and Jodie are ending their marriage…but the next installment in my A/U series will tackle that in 2024! Happier days are ahead for my fictional Buckinghams…
          
          Thanks for putting up with me and my hiatus. Great things are coming to you in my stories this year, including your lovely suggestions in response to my poll below.

Some of you have reached out to me in my absence hoping to read updates on my unfinished stories soon, and I'm so sorry I have slowed down. Re: Rumours/Rumors…
          
          It’s kind of funny considering I have been playing the Rumours album literally since birth. (The album was released 2/4/77 and I was born 4/20/77 to Fleetwood Mac fan parents.) Somehow I’ve just always written “Rumors” and never really looked hard at the cover font, in which it is clearly called “Rumours” above the picture of Stevie and Mick in the classic pose. I’m feeling a bit foolish, but not the least bit offended or upset. Just thankful. 
          
          A special thank you and shout-out to my readers for correcting this error. I greatly appreciate you and your help…and I am so happy you’re reading my newest story, an romantic a/u Buckingham Nicks tale set in 2027 Scotland that entered my head the moment I read of Stevie suggesting to Hoda Kotb from the Today Show that she’d like to do that after she can no longer tour. It’ll be a gentle story with minimal drama, a sweet fantasy tale of two people in what will then be their late 70s just relaxing and enjoying each other’s company and affection on the Scottish coast…

I did a thing…
          
          Those of you who read my work know I’ve been on a hiatus recently. (Work, life…) I intend to get back to my two unfinished stories. But…
          
          I read an article today in which Stevie told Hoda Kotb of Today that she’d like to retire to Scotland when she can no longer perform, get a big dog and write a book of poetry. I thought…
          
          What if she did that…but she was not alone?
          
          Therefore, my new story is called “Thinking Out Loud”, chapter titles courtesy of the Ed Sheeran song that tells the story of lifelong lovers perfectly, as Stevie grows old with the man she loves.
