How do you live with this pain? When all you want to do is rip the world apart, rip yourself apart or tear away at everything that made you become the way you are. 
          
          When your chest is burning and the ever-bleeding wound that aches and burns is making you choke on the hot blood scratching at your throat and suffocating you to the brink of death. 
          
          When your lungs are iron-hot and every breath is tight, making the air entering with each breath so unbearable that you want to claw at your neck until you've got everything out. 
          
          When you can't bear the feeling of being you, when you can't bear the body you're trapped inside and when you can't bear the chest that betrays you with ever shuddered intake and every painful wrench of the heart. 
          
          When you're so alone and so disappointed in this world that you can't even bother with hating it anymore. When you're so, so angry but also unimaginably tired that even sleeping forever isn't going to cure the aching of your bones. 
          
          When your heart is on fire but also sunken deep into a frosty numbness. When you keep fighting and keep losing and keep pulling together the pieces of your shattered soul and keep harboring feelings that cannot possibly fit into that pitfully small vessel that is you.... 
          
          When you can't stop but can't go on, when your everything falls apart, what do you do then?
